Your Own IT Department

With our managed service plans, we actually become your internal IT department. We are here to guide you through any “tech related” decisions. With our experience in the industry, we can often make suggestions that save you time and money in your day-to-day processes.

 

  • Proactive Monitoring- Our management software is constantly looking for and reporting to us things like; app crashes, failing hardware, high resource usage and outages on all of your workstations and servers. This allows us to often times fix an issue before it becomes an issue.
  • Remote Support- Having an issue? No problem! Just click on our icon and a tech will be ready to log into your PC and get you back up and running without the need to even pick up the phone.
  • Network Security- Do you have an enterprise grade firewall? Are your network permissions correct? Can employees or guests access data that they should not? We can answer all of those questions for you and work with you to rectify any issues that we find.
  • Project Management- Whether you are implementing new hardware or software, we properly set expectations and coordinate every step with you to minimize any downtime or disruption.
